For the coaching database to be most successful, we need feedback. After a coaching session, an observer completing an evaluation of the coach online will provide us with valuable feedback. The coach will also be asked to provide an evaluation on their employer – this will allow good employers to build up a portfolio of positive comments, which in turn will attract good quality coaches to work for them.
